INGREDIENTS
Macros: 30g Protein, 50g Carbs, 8g Fat
4 Egg Whites From The Shell
Avocado Oil or Melted Coconut Oil
Non stick spray
Baking Powder
Vanilla Extract
Whisk or electric hand mixer
A 7x5x1.5 Inch Pyrex Dish (or similar) for single serving, will need a bigger baking dish for multiple servings.
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350-375 degrees F
In a medium bowl Crack 4 whole eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites.
With your whisk/hand mixer beat the shit out of the egg whites until they are fluffy and airy
Add in 64g of the BOG’z dry mix, ½ tsp baking powder, 7g of oil and repeat step 3.
Add in ½ tsp vanilla extract and mix gently
Coat your baking vessel with non stick spray
Pour brownie mixture into the baking tray and allow mixture to even out in the tray
Bake from 8-10 minutes. Once done remove, let cool. Cut out brownies and enjoy
**can add sugar free whipped cream, or melted peanut butter to take it up a notch To Adjust macros to fit your needs, increase/decrease the amount of egg whites for the protein, the amount of BOG’z to adjust carbs and oil to adjust the fat content.
Do not use liquid egg whites as they will not puff up correctly
